Elections to the Board of Swissmetal

Referring to the recently published agenda for the 2011 general assembly of Swissmetal Holding AG, the names of the candidates proposed by the main shareholder Laxey Partners Ltd. are the following: Patrick Huber-Flotho, Martin Hellweg and Arturo Giovanoli. Due to the existing proposal, the current Board of directors doesn’t stand for election.

The general shareholder’s meeting will take place at 2.00pm on the 30th June 2011 in the hotel Victoria, Centralbahnplatz 3-4, 4002 Basel.
