Convening of the general assembly of Swissmetal

Swissmetal Holding Ltd has published the invitation and agenda for the 2011 general assembly. This general assembly is set to exclusively comprise the standard agenda items such as approvals (for example of the annual financial accounts and the use of the balance sheet profit) and elections.

The general shareholder’s meeting will take place at 2.00pm on the 26 May 2011 in the saloon of the restaurant “Treff.zwölf”, Weidenstrasse 26, 4143 Dornach.

The invitation and agenda for the 2011 general assembly was published today on the company's website at www.swissmetal.com.
