In order to further improve the traditional business and to generate further growth opportunities, we are taking the following steps:

1. High operational performance in sales and selling, production planning and in other key functions. Exploitation of the synergies between sites.
2. Leading position in the market with regard to consolidation among European producers. (1st step in this direction: acquisition of Busch-Jaeger).
3. Implementation of the move of production from Europe and the United States to Asia. (1st step in this direction: set-up of a factory in India).
