The implemented QM system provides the basis required for reliable planning, management and implementation of the quality characteristics in an organised and reproducible form. The focus is on a process-orientated approach. This means that in all areas of the company from initial customer contact via all production stages through to final inspection and delivery of the products, the individual stages with their complexity are viewed and managed as a functioning unit. This approach is practised in all other areas of the company such as for instance Purchasing and Personnel. The QM system as a principle of organisation is based on and certified to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

Quality assurance

In order to be able to ensure the product characteristics required by our customers, various measures are required to support manufacturing and ensure quality assurance. In the modern materials laboratory, special recognised procedures for destructive and non-destructive tests on materials are carried out in a professional manner. In addition customers may engage the laboratory to conduct individual inspection procedures for quality assurance.
